    We offer flexible scheduling to meet Airbnb, VRBO, or vacation rental check-in/out times.

  • For newly built, renovated, or vacated properties, our post-construction cleaning is priced based on square footage, starting at $0.35 – $0.45per sq ft depending on the level of cleaning needed. This includes detailed dusting, baseboard cleaning, floor care, and full kitchen and bathroom sanitation.

    Move-in/ Move-out starts at $375

  • Customize your clean with optional add-ons:

    • Interior Oven Cleaning – $75

    • Interior Refrigerator Cleaning – $65

    • Interior Microwave – $25

    • Baseboards (Whole Home) – $95

    • Interior Window Glass – $6 per pane

    • Heavy Build-Up Treatment – $75+

    For homes needing multiple detailed upgrades, our Deep Clean option may be more cost-effective.

    Booking Confirmation & Invoice
    Once your appointment is scheduled, we’ll send you an invoice to confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your clean, so you know exactly what to expect.

    Real-Time Updates: Receive reminders and updates before and after your clean so you always know when we’ll arrive and when the job is complete.

I started my career as a housekeeper, learning firsthand what it truly takes to do a job right and earn someone’s trust in their home. That experience shaped everything about how I built Larkrise Management.
